how it started

I am a psychotherapist and have been working in the mental health field since 2010, but nothing prepared me for the identity shift that came with motherhood.

I didn’t even realize how much of myself I had set aside until I took a trip with friends—away from my child—and was confronted with the parts of me I had unknowingly left behind. It was so easy to lose touch with my pre-mom identity, yet reclaiming her felt like an intentional effort, one that required integrating who I was with who I was becoming.

By the time I became a mom of two, I was more prepared for the transformation. But that first experience—of feeling lost and then rediscovering myself—sparked something deeper. It led me to create this program, a space for mothers to navigate their own journey of self-reconnection with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
